A Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting products, goods, and orders to customers, branches, or designated locations.

 Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Route Management
- Deliver products, orders, documents, and goods to customers and designated locations safely and on time
- Plan delivery routes and follow assigned schedules to ensure efficient deliveries
Loading & Order Verification
- Load, unload, check, and secure goods properly before and during transportation
- Verify delivery orders, quantities, invoices, delivery notes, and customer information
- Obtain customer signatures or delivery confirmation when required
Customer Communication & Issue Reporting
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, locations, and special instructions
- Report delivery delays, damaged goods, missing items, or other issues to the supervisor
Documentation & Vehicle Maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery records and submit required documents after completing deliveries
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and in good condition
