This Field Tracer Technician role involves preparing, handling and deploying nanoparticle tracer products at well sites per company procedures, operating and monitoring automated tracer injection equipment, performing field measurements and basic diagnostics, documenting operational data and observations clearly, coordinating with field engineers, client representatives and logistics personnel, and maintaining equipment readiness while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
Tracer Preparation & Deployment
- Prepare, handle and deploy nanoparticle tracer products at well sites in accordance with company procedures and client specifications
Equipment Operation & Diagnostics
- Operate and monitor automated tracer injection equipment
- Perform field measurements and basic diagnostics
- Support troubleshooting and quality control activities in the field
Documentation & Coordination
- Document operational data and observations in a clear and timely manner
- Coordinate with field engineers, client representatives and logistics personnel
Equipment Readiness & Safety
- Maintain equipment readiness for field operations
- Adhere to safety and environmental standards throughout all tasks
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Relevant technical diploma or degree (petroleum engineering technology, mechanical or chemical technology, industrial operations) or equivalent field experience
Essential Skills
- Strong practical skills in field operations, including equipment setup, monitoring and basic maintenance
- Ability to follow technical procedures, perform accurate measurements and record data with attention to detail
- Knowledge of HSE practices relevant to field work, including safety protocols and PPE use
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers, supervisors and client representatives
- Basic understanding of hydraulic fracturing, reservoir diagnostics or related oil and gas processes preferred
- Comfort working in remote field locations on rotational or extended schedules and varying conditions
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
- Prior regional field experience is an advantage
- Willingness to learn proprietary tracer technologies and participate in ongoing training and certification programs
