Position Overview
You work with fellow developers on the in-house software, focusing on Delphi (Object Pascal) and databases. Part of the job is building new applications and improving existing ones. Another part is turning complex data into clear reports with solid SQL. Key Responsibilities
Development & Modernization
- Develop new applications and optimize existing ones, with a focus on Delphi (Object Pascal) and databases
- Work with other developers on the further development of the in-house software

- Make sure the data basis is reliable through targeted use of SQL

Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- A completed degree in (business) informatics or comparable IT training, such as IT specialist in application development
- Fluent German, so you can communicate with confidence in meetings, code reviews and with other teams
- Several years of professional software development experience, preferably in other languages or technologies as well
- Routine in object-oriented development, with clean code, design patterns and clean architecture
- Everyday use of Jira and Git, and comfort in agile project environments
