Sync is looking for a Director of Logistics to take charge of the flow of goods, services and information behind its health and wellness operations. It is a part-time, remote leadership role for a supply chain professional who has run networks end to end and wants flexibility.
About the Role
You will design and manage logistics strategy, coordinate supply chain activity and make sure equipment and materials reach partner locations and clients on time. You will oversee warehouse and inventory processes, track performance, and improve efficiency, cost control and service quality. Day to day, you will work with internal teams and suppliers, analyse logistics data, solve operational problems and set standards and policies that fit Sync’s service model, while keeping operations compliant and ready to scale as the business grows.

- Procurement: vendor management, contract negotiation and cost-effective sourcing
- Data analysis and logistics or ERP software for decisions and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills in a remote, multidisciplinary team
- Prior leadership experience; healthcare, wellness or service background an advantage
- Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar, or equivalent experience
