Position Overview
This Electrical Engineer role centers on low voltage electrical CAD design, with responsibility for designing and implementing distribution systems for automation projects. You will create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, conduct feasibility studies, select appropriate components, and ensure all designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations across multiple data center and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Electrical System Design
- Design and develop low voltage electrical systems and components for automation projects
- Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
- Select appropriate electrical components and materials for system design
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, including IEC standards
Project & Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new projects
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including product line management and solutions architects
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical design issues during development and testing phases
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all design activities
- Support multiple projects simultaneously across the Dubai engineering hub
Qualifications & Requirements

- University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience Requirements
- Understanding and experience designing low voltage (LV) systems
- Data center project experience is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with IEC standards and regulations
