 Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning, Execution & Technical Support

  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate maintenance activities for a wide range of instrument and control systems across the plant

  • Evaluate, allocate, and arrange manpower requirements for daily preventive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance plans

  • Provide input to prepare and track forthcoming major maintenance, upgrades, and obsolescence issues integrated with the division’s 5-year rolling business plans

Project Technical Support & Contractor Management

  • Provide technical support for development, implementation, and commissioning of new projects — including mechanical design review and specifications to optimize costs and ensure standards compliance
  • Participate in defining technical requirements, technical bid evaluation, and inspection of materials on receipt to ensure specifications and required quality are met

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation and Control, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent professional qualification (REQUIRED)

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Instrumentation and Control engineering and maintenance within a large industrial organization (REQUIRED)
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is strongly preferred
