Position Overview
This Finance Transformation Senior Consultant role at Capgemini Invent involves taking ownership of developing and implementing Finance strategies and Target Operating Models, optimizing end-to-end processes within the CFO organization, and designing modern Accounting, Steering, Reporting, Enterprise Performance Management, and Treasury solutions. You will leverage current analytics and data technologies including AI and robotics, and implement global Finance Transformation programs such as SAP S/4HANA, Post-Merger Integration, and Valuation.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Strategy & Operating Model Design
- Develop and implement Finance strategies and Target Operating Models
- Optimize end-to-end processes within the CFO organization, working closely with cross-functional teams
Solution Design & Technology Enablement
- Design modern Accounting, Steering, Reporting, Enterprise Performance Management, and Treasury solutions
- Leverage current analytics and data technologies, including AI and robotics
Finance Transformation Program Delivery
- Implement global Finance Transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA
- Support Post-Merger Integration and Valuation initiatives
- Drive the targeted adoption of new technologies across the finance function
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Several years of practical project experience in the Finance domain
- Solid knowledge of Management and Financial Accounting, or Treasury, with a strong focus on structured analysis and execution
- First leadership or (co-)project management experience in transformation projects is desirable
Technology Skill
- Technology skills such as SAP S/4HANA are a strong asset
- Exposure to AI-enabled finance solutions is a strong asset
- Knowledge of relevant finance systems and applications, such as reporting and consolidation tools or treasury management solutions
