Position Overview
The Food and Beverage Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene at all times, while interacting directly with guests to provide attentive customer service and support smooth operations during busy periods.

Food & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene
- Maintain stock levels and keep service and kitchen areas clean and organized
Guest Order & Payment Handling
- Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash or electronic payments with accuracy and professionalism
Customer Service & Guest Interaction
- Provide attentive customer service, answering menu questions and addressing concerns professionally

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in food service and food & beverage operations
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred
Essential Skills
