Position Overview
This Front of House Host role involves owning the client welcome, converting trial visits into memberships, keeping the studio to a premium standard, and handling client communication across phone, WhatsApp, and email. You will greet clients warmly, manage bookings and admin, prepare and serve the wellness bar’s coffee and smoothie offering, and support instructors to keep classes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome & Guest Experience
- Greet every client by name where possible, manage check-in, and orient first-timers to the studio and equipment
- Create a calm, confident, premium arrival and departure experience
Sales, Conversion & Client Communication
- Convert enquiries, walk-ins, and intro offers into memberships and packages, owning individual sales targets
- Upsell retail and wellness bar items and follow up proactively on leads
- Manage inbound enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social DMs, handling bookings and membership admin
Studio Standards & Wellness Bar
- Take full ownership of studio presentation — reformers reset, towels stocked, changing rooms spotless
- Report maintenance issues before clients notice them
- Prepare and serve coffee and smoothies to a consistently high standard, maintaining hygiene and presentation
- Keep classes starting and finishing on time, managing late arrivals discreetly and supporting instructors
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 1+ years in hospitality, retail, fitness, or wellness front of house
Essential Skills
- Genuinely warm hospitality instinct, reading a room and making people feel looked after
- Commercial confidence, comfortable selling and being measured on targets
- Reliability with punctuality, including early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts
- Strong ownership mindset, noticing details others miss and fixing them proactively
- Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Confidence with booking and CRM platforms such as MarianaTek, Mindbody, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a significant plus for the wellness bar; training provided for the right person
