This Senior F&B Manager role involves leading and inspiring large, diverse teams across premium airport F&B operations, driving operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement. You will apply financial expertise to manage P&L and set forecasts and corrective actions, and play a key role in new openings, expansions, transformation initiatives, and concept development.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Passenger Experience
- Lead and inspire large, diverse teams across premium airport F&B operations
- Deliver exceptional passenger experience at scale
- Drive operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement
Financial Management
- Apply financial expertise to manage P&L and set forecast and corrective actions as necessary
- Prepare and submit annual CAPEX and staff budgets
Strategic Development
- Play a key role in new openings, expansions, and transformation initiatives
- Contribute to developing new F&B concepts
- Share recommendations and client feedback with Executive Chefs and F&B Management team
 Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a relevant field (must have)
- Master’s degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a relevant field (preferred)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, including 2 years at executive level
- Proven ability managing multiple concepts and outlets in F&B senior leadership/directorial/executive roles
- Pre-opening experience in high-volume and premium F&B operations
- Demonstrated achievements in high revenue and cost control
- Experience with luxury and large-volume hotels and multi-site restaurant operations
- Experience working with local, regional, and national suppliers
- International experience with renowned brands, preferably in the GCC market
