A fast-growing private-equity backed group with a buy-and-build strategy and several sites in Germany and Europe is hiring a Group Accountant (m/f/d). Pay goes up to €120,000+ gross per year, with fast remote work possible across Germany.

Access: Direct line to decision makers instead of a faceless corporate structure
Growth: Experience integration and consolidation live
Perspective: European view with a growing international business
Culture: Flat hierarchies and fast decisions in a lean holding team
Terms & Benefits
Salary: Up to €120,000+ gross per year, depending on qualification

Position Overview
As Group Accountant, you independently account for business transactions (recognition, measurement, booking) and help prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under HGB and IFRS. You are the contact for internal and external auditors and group companies on closing, accounting and IFRS questions, including on-site visits. You help with intercompany reconciliations, including building and maintaining the system, and support the finance team with reports and analyses for management.
Why This Role Matters: Most group accounting roles sit deep inside large corporations. Here you work in a lean holding team close to management and the private equity investor, watch acquisitions come together and shape the finance function as the group grows.
