Position Overview
The Harvest Supervisor will direct the daily activities of and work directly with production team members within the manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for continuously developing and mentoring team members using a continuous improvement mentality, and will work to perpetuate a Creekstone Proud culture through attitude and actions, ensuring company standards and policies are properly taught and maintained across the Harvest floor.

Team Direction & Task Distribution
- Direct the daily activities of and work directly with production team members within the manufacturing environment
- Strategically make decisions about the distribution of job tasks on the Harvest floor for maximum efficiency
- Ensure company standards and policies are properly taught and maintained to support company goals
Team Development & Mentorship
- Continuously develop and mentor team members using a continuous improvement mentality
- Provide service to and enhance the learning experience of new team members
- Develop and promote positive working relationships with all team members and fellow supervisors
Regulatory & Safety Coordination
- Build relationships and work well with USDA personnel on the production floor
- Facilitate area meetings with team members on food safety, people safety, and related topics
- Support compliance with regulatory and safety requirements across daily operations
