Position Overview
This Import Executive role involves managing the end-to-end import process for electronics, coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders on purchase orders and shipping documents, handling customs requirements and delivery schedules, tracking shipments and resolving delays or discrepancies, optimizing import logistics and maintaining accurate records, supporting export-related activities as needed, and monitoring market trends, costs and regulations to recommend improvements.

Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support export-related activities as needed

- Collaborate with finance, sales and warehouse teams for smooth supply chain operations

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field preferred
Experience Requirements
- Relevant experience in electronics or consumer goods import/export beneficial
- Familiarity with UAE import regulations and basic knowledge of Incoterms and trade compliance
Essential Skills
- Strong Import and Import Logistics skills, including customs procedures and documentation
- Export-related skills, including support for outbound shipments and cross-border documentation
- Solid communication and customer service skills for working with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
