The Nestlé Nesternship: Branch Out program offers emerging professionals an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on internship experience in food manufacturing and beverage production. This 3-6 month on-site internship allows you to work with experienced professionals in dynamic factory environments, develop practical skills in operations and manufacturing, receive mentorship from industry leaders, and enhance competencies in collaboration, communication, and teamwork.
As an intern at Nestlé Dubai Manufacturing and Nestlé Middle East Manufacturing, you’ll experience the world’s largest food and beverage company from the inside, participate in real production operations, and develop career-ready skills. Eligibility Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program (any year) OR
- Recently graduated with Bachelor’s degree (within last 12 months) OR
- Currently enrolled in Master’s degree program OR
- Recently graduated with Master’s degree (within last 12 months)
- Field of study should be related to preferred internship department
Essential Qualities & Skills
- High curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about global food and beverage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Positive attitude and genuine eagerness to learn from experienced professionals
- Capacity to manage own transportation to/from manufacturing facilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or work experience in food manufacturing or operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards, quality assurance, or manufacturing processes
- Experience with data analysis tools or software development (for AI/Analytics)
- Proficiency in project management or process improvement methodologies
- Language skills in English and Arabic (highly advantageous)
