Position Overview
The Inventory Analyst at Yolk Brands in Dubai is a central, high-impact role that bridges data management, restaurant operations, supply chain coordination, and financial reporting. You will own the inventory management system across all UAE and international restaurant sites — maintaining recipes, products, suppliers, users, food safety checklists, and operational configurations with absolute accuracy. Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management System Ownership
- Own and manage the full inventory management system across UAE and international restaurant markets
- Ensure the system remains accurate, up to date, and fully aligned with operational requirements at all times
- Maintain system structures, configurations, master data, and all operational settings across every site
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve system utilization, data accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Act as the primary point of contact for all system-related queries, issues, and user support
Recipe & Product Data Management
- Create, maintain, and update all recipes within the inventory management system accurately
- Ensure recipe specifications, ingredients, yields, portions, and associated food costs are correctly maintained
- Manage new product and ingredient setup across all relevant brands and market sites
- Ensure recipe and product changes are implemented consistently across all applicable markets and restaurant locations
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure complete data accuracy at all times
Supplier Management & New Site Setup
- Onboard new suppliers and maintain existing supplier information accurately within the system
- Update supplier products, pricing, pack sizes, units of measure, and all relevant commercial information
- Create and configure new restaurant sites within the inventory system for new UAE and international openings
- Ensure new sites are fully set up with appropriate products, recipes, suppliers, users, and operational parameters
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure system setup aligns with launch requirements before opening
Reporting, Analytics & Dashboards
- Produce regular analytical reports across UAE and international markets for senior management and departments
- Deliver reporting on inventory, food cost, recipe performance, purchasing, wastage, variances, and compliance KPIs
- Analyse data to identify trends, discrepancies, operational issues, and performance improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring management reports in a clear, commercially useful format
- Provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership and relevant operational and financial stakeholders
Food Safety, User Management & Compliance
- Maintain and manage food safety checklists within the system across all relevant restaurant sites
- Monitor food safety completion and compliance data and highlight areas requiring urgent attention
- Manage user access, permissions, roles, and profiles across all UAE and international market users
- Support onboarding of new system users and provide training where required across market teams
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Background
- Strong experience in inventory management, data analysis, or a closely related operational role
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, food cost management, and inventory processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple markets and diverse stakeholder groups simultaneously and effectively
- Experience working with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or supply chain tools is essential
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data management skills with a high standard of accuracy
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and building management dashboards for commercial audiences
