Pairs is where founders come to raise capital: a two-sided platform that matches them with the right investors from a large global network, with agents managing the relationships that turn into meetings. As Team Lead you set the standard for a good match, run the weekly pipeline review, read every investor pass for its reason, coach on real calls and pitches, and still take the senior investor conversations. You report directly to the two co-founders.

What You Will Own
- A team of five associates: hiring, onboarding, weekly 1:1s, coaching and results
- The weekly pipeline review of every deal, pass and next step
- Match quality, with every pitch reading like a tight two-line deal memo
- Weekly team numbers to the co-founders: mandate calls, activations, pitches, founder calls and referrals
- Senior investor relationships at funds and family offices
You Are a Fit If You
- Have managed 5 to 10 analysts or associates at a VC or growth fund, and can show who you grew
- Have deal judgement others trust, and a real network across funds and family offices
- Have run pipeline meetings, hired junior investors and handled hard conversations
- Write a two-line pitch an investor reads to the end
- Treat confidentiality as a reflex and work comfortably with AI tooling
About This Opportunity
