About the Role
You will handle store operations and the receiving, storage and issuance of materials. Each day you record receipts and issues in the stock register and update inventory accurately, spot special handling needs and guide the store attendant, and issue tools and materials only against approved requisitions. You will also collect material certificates such as quality, MSDS and MTC, raise requests for PPE, stationery and other needs, prepare purchase requisitions and hand materials to the requester.

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily material receipts and issues in the stock register and update inventory accurately

Qualifications & Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in a store function
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
- Competent English; conversational Arabic is desirable
- Inventory knowledge, communication, housekeeping awareness, and an orderly, proactive, multitasking approach
- Planning skills are a plus
