Position Overview
This Joinery Machine Operator role involves reading and following work orders, adjusting machine settings, loading materials, and ensuring finished products meet defined specifications and safety standards. You will perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of machines, use hand tools properly, report equipment issues or production delays, and work with production and quality teams to maintain efficient workflow and minimize waste.

Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Skills
- Machine operation skills such as CNC, edge banding, and beam saw, with joinery production machinery experience
- Quality control skills, including visual inspection and measurement to meet specifications
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively for adjustments, finishing, and minor repairs
- Basic reading of technical drawings or production orders, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Essential Skills
- Strong communication skills to follow instructions, coordinate with team members, and report issues clearly

Experience & Education
