Position Overview
The Junior Supply Chain Manager at Supplement Hub is a hands-on, end-to-end logistics and coordination role — ideal for an early-career professional who wants real supply chain responsibility from the very start, not just administrative support. You will coordinate with international suppliers, manage freight forwarding and shipment tracking, monitor inventory levels across Amazon and 3PL locations, plan replenishment to prevent stockouts, and prioritize manufacturing orders based on live sales data. You will work alongside the Supply Chain Assistant and report to the Head of Supply Chain in a lean, agile team where your decisions and your data-driven thinking directly impact the business every single day.

Key Responsibilities
Supplier Coordination
- Take full ownership of day-to-day operational communication with international suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Ensure that quantities, delivery timelines, and product quality requirements are clearly communicated, confirmed, and met at every stage of the supply process
- Proactively flag and resolve supplier issues before they impact stock availability or product launch schedules
Freight & Shipment Management
- Register and coordinate inbound deliveries with freight forwarders, ensuring all shipment documentation is accurate and timely
- Track active shipments across international freight lanes, monitoring status updates and proactively managing delays or exceptions
- Escalate logistics issues quickly and decisively when shipments are at risk — finding solutions and keeping internal teams informed throughout
Inventory Monitoring & Stock Control
- Maintain constant oversight of warehouse stock levels, inventory coverage (Reichweiten), and sell-through rates across all Supplement Hub brands
- React quickly and decisively to stock fluctuations — especially during product launches and promotional periods where fast replenishment decisions are critical
- Use Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio dashboards to track inventory KPIs and generate actionable data insights for the supply chain team
Amazon & 3PL Replenishment Planning
- Plan and execute replenishment orders for Amazon FBA and 3PL warehouse locations to prevent out-of-stock situations across all active product listings
- Balance replenishment timing against lead times, storage limits, and sell-through velocity to optimize inventory investment and fulfillment performance
- Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain Assistant to ensure replenishment plans are executed accurately and on schedule
Manufacturing Order Prioritization
- Prioritize production and manufacturing orders based on current inventory levels and real-time sales performance data
- Ensure the right products are manufactured and ready at the right time — aligning production scheduling with launch calendars and seasonal demand patterns
- Translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable briefs for suppliers and manufacturing partners
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) ideally in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration (BWL), or a closely related field
Technical Skills
- Confident working with Excel or Google Sheets for inventory tracking, replenishment calculations, and data analysis — strong spreadsheet skills are essential
- First experience with BI tools is a clear advantage — Supplement Hub currently uses Looker Studio and is building its own AWS-based analytics solution that you can help shape
- Genuine enjoyment of working with data, combined with the ability to translate insights clearly to suppliers, colleagues, and other internal stakeholders
