Position Overview
This Logistics Planner role handles strategic production planning in collaboration with customer segments, considering capital tied up, delivery capacity, and on-time delivery. You will provide logistical support for new projects through materials management, collaborate with business segments on delivery scenarios, serve as the central logistics contact nationally and internationally, define and monitor logistics KPIs, manage cross-departmental logistics issues, and proactively identify and address risks and bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Production Planning
- Handle strategic production planning in collaboration with relevant customer segments
- Account for capital tied up, delivery capacity, and on-time delivery
Project Logistics & Materials Management
- Provide logistical support for new projects through materials management to ensure availability
- Support timely and quantity-based scheduling and production control
Cross-Segment Collaboration & Coordination
- Develop and evaluate delivery scenarios with business segments, including international production sites
- Serve as the central logistics contact nationally and internationally
- Coordinate interfaces between customers, functional departments, and production plants
KPI Management & Continuous Improvement
- Define, analyze, and monitor logistics KPIs
- Derive and implement appropriate improvement measures
- Take responsibility for cross-departmental logistics issues, tracking measures through to sustainable implementation
Risk Management & Communication
- Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, initiating and coordinating countermeasures
- Ensure transparent communication and escalation of critical issues to internal and external contacts
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- A degree in engineering or business administration, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in production planning
Experience Requirements
- Extensive (international) experience in production planning, procurement, and logistics processes
- In-depth business knowledge in materials management
Technical Skills
- Very good knowledge of SAP and user proficiency
- Understanding of complex workflows and processes with a structured, solution-oriented approach
Essential Skills
