Position Overview
As a Minibar Attendant, you will ensure guest room minibars are fully stocked, clean, and accurately inventoried. You will replenish items, record consumption, maintain stock levels, and support a seamless guest experience while upholding the Resort’s service standards, playing an integral part in the Resort’s success as One&Only’s global brands continue to grow.
Why This Role Matters:Â As Minibar Attendant at One&Only The Palm, you ensure every guest room minibar reflects the resort’s meticulous luxury standards, accurately record consumption and post charges to support smooth billing operations, monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product quality to maintain freshness and consistency, conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure seamless guest satisfaction, respond promptly to guest requests as part of a warm, detail-obsessed F&B team, and build a foundation in luxury hospitality within a globally expanding, award-winning resort brand.
Key Responsibilities
Minibar Stocking & Replenishment
- Ensure all guest room minibars are fully stocked and maintained according to resort standards
- Replenish minibar food and beverage items accurately and promptly
Inventory & Quality Control
- Record minibar consumption and ensure charges are posted correctly
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product quality
- Conduct regular minibar inventory checks and report discrepancies
Cleanliness & Coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar equipment and storage areas
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Guest Service & Reporting
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to minibar services
- Report any maintenance issues, breakages, or equipment concerns to the Supervisor
- Support energy and water conservation initiatives
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a hotel or resort environment
- Basic inventory management skills
Essential Skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication and a professional appearance
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Good English communication skills; an additional language is an advantage
- Excellent personal hygiene and adherence to health and safety standards
