Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Coordinator in Abu Dhabi is a full-time, on-site role at the heart of the organization’s ISO compliance and quality management system. You will be responsible for preparing, organizing, reviewing, and maintaining all documentation required for ISO certifications, coordinating internal and external audits, developing quality manuals and SOPs, and supporting departments in implementing QMS requirements. Key Responsibilities
ISO Documentation & Certification Support
- Prepare, organize, review, and maintain all documentation required for ISO certification and ongoing compliance processes
- Coordinate and actively support all activities related to obtaining and maintaining ISO standards certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001
- Develop and maintain quality manuals, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, forms, and all related quality documentation
- Ensure all quality records and documents are properly controlled, consistently updated, and securely archived for audit readiness
- Monitor document revisions and maintain accurate document control registers at all times
Audit Coordination & Compliance Management
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and supporting evidence packages for both internal and external audits
- Coordinate audit schedules, follow-up actions, corrective actions, and timely closure reports across all departments
- Coordinate with internal departments and external certification bodies throughout all audit and certification activities
- Assist departments in implementing quality management system requirements and documentation standards in a practical and effective manner
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure ongoing compliance with all organizational procedures and quality standards
Reporting, Presentations & Administrative Support
- Prepare detailed technical, compliance, and administrative reports as required by senior management and quality leadership
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for management reviews, audit preparation meetings, training sessions, and compliance update briefings
- Provide comprehensive administrative support related to all quality assurance and compliance activities across the organization
- Track corrective action progress, report on quality KPIs, and support management decision-making with accurate quality data
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field is required
- Additional certifications in ISO Lead Auditor, Quality Management, or Occupational Health and Safety are a strong added advantage
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Documentation Control, or ISO Compliance roles
- Proven experience in preparing documentation and evidence packages for ISO certification processes and formal audits is required
- Practical familiarity with ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is strongly preferred
- Experience coordinating audit schedules and managing corrective action follow-up processes across multiple departments
