Position Overview
This Quality Assurance Engineer assists in preparing project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures, coordinates with field inspection and construction teams to apply project quality control systems, ensures collation and logging of daily QC data on the QA/QC dashboard, follows up with the field inspection team on non-conformances and corrective actions, monitors inspection activities, reviews and follows up non-conformance reports, ensures proper progressive documentation of QC inspection activities, performs tasks in the development of welding and NDT procedures, and ensures full compliance with HSE policies and standards.

- Assist to prepare project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures for senior colleague review and approval in line with project quality requirements
- Ensure that only project quality procedures and applicable standards and specifications are available at the job location
- Coordinate with field inspection and construction teams to ensure project quality control systems and plans are applied
QC Dashboard, Inspection & Non-Conformance Management
- Ensure collation and logging of daily QC data on the QA/QC dashboard
- Follow up with the field inspection team to ensure timely resolution of non-conformities and implementation of corrective action plans
- Monitor inspection activities and ensure daily work is carried out within project timeframes and standards
- Review and follow up non-conformances identified during inspections
Documentation, NDT & HSE Compliance
- Ensure proper progressive documentation of QC inspection activities always reflects current inspection and test status
- Perform specific assigned tasks in the development of welding and NDT procedures
- Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, processes, procedures, and standards throughout project execution
