An established food manufacturing and industrial group in the UAE is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to run its quality systems from end to end. You will make sure every process and finished product meets international and local food safety rules, and you will lead the audits that prove it.

Position Overview
As Quality Control Manager in the UAE, you will build and audit quality management systems across production lines, write SOPs and corrective action workflows, and represent the company in external regulatory and third-party audits. You will also track supplier quality, lead root cause analysis when something goes wrong, and train factory teams. Key Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain and audit QA/QC and Quality Management Systems across production lines.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal and local municipality guidelines.
- Develop SOPs, quality control protocols and corrective action workflows.
- Manage internal audits and represent the company in external audits.
- Monitor supplier quality, raw material standards and batch tracking.
- Lead root cause analysis and put preventive measures in place.
- Run food safety training and compliance workshops for factory staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
- At least 8 years of managerial experience, including 5+ years in milling, grain processing or food manufacturing.
- 5+ years of HACCP compliance experience and hands-on knowledge of ISO and Halal certifications.
- Strong skills in food safety auditing, team leadership and SOP development.
- Useful extras: GMP, CAPA, root cause analysis, Lean Six Sigma, LIMS and statistical process control.
