Quality Control Process Monitoring & Maintenance

- Monitor temperature controls for refrigeration, cooking, hot holding, and cold storage

Incident Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain organized and up-to-date quality and compliance documentation

- Conduct routine checks ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols

- Verify implementation of cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures

Kitchen Staff Coordination & Quality Standards Enforcement
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff to enforce quality standards consistently

- Knowledge of Critical Control Points (CCPs) monitoring and verification procedures
- Understanding of prerequisite programs (PRPs) supporting HACCP and ISO 22000
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in central kitchen environment (Required)
- Experience in food production operations with quality control responsibilities (Required)
- Hands-on experience implementing HACCP and ISO 22000 standards
