Position Overview
The Salon Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Kingdom of Beauty in Abu Dhabi, overseeing daily salon, spa, and wellness operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience and smooth coordination across hair, nails, treatments, and café services. The role is hands-on, requiring active presence on the floor, collaboration with service providers, and close alignment with the brand’s luxury and “done properly, every time” standard.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily salon, spa, and wellness operations for smooth coordination across hair, nails, treatments, and café services
- Maintain service standards and hygiene protocols throughout the venue
Team Management
- Manage and coach the team, scheduling staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
Guest & Corporate Relations
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with a calm, professional approach
- Coordinate with corporate wellness partners to deliver programs and curated team experiences
Inventory & Promotions
- Manage inventory and suppliers to keep the salon fully stocked and operational
- Support promotional activities and service packages
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Experience in salon, spa, or hospitality management, including scheduling, inventory control, and hygiene/safety standards
Essential Skills
- Strong cosmetology and hair care knowledge to understand services and guide the team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for guests, staff, and corporate partners
- Hiring and basic people-management skills to recruit, onboard, and retain a high-performing team
- Ability to lead by example, handle guest concerns calmly, and maintain a luxury, service-focused environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in basic office software and booking systems
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage
