Equipment & Workstation Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of coffee equipment and workstations
- Monitor coffee bean freshness and stock levels, reporting replenishment requirements when necessary
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
Guest Education & Sales
- Educate guests on coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu offerings to enhance the customer experience

Training & Mentorship

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Specialty Coffee Barista in a specialty café or premium coffee environment
