Key Responsibilities

Computer Vision & Video Analytics
- Develop and maintain high-performance video analytics solutions deployed on edge devices, writing optimised Python and C/C++ code that meets the strict computational constraints of embedded AI hardware.
- Implement state-of-the-art algorithms for real-time object detection, multi-object tracking, visual recognition, and intelligent classification across diverse operating environments and camera configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to solve complex computer vision and video analytics problems, contributing technical expertise and creative problem-solving at every stage of the development cycle.
Verification, Testing & Quality Assurance
- Conduct comprehensive verification activities including structured testing, analytical review, and technical inspection to ensure the quality, reliability, and correctness of all AI software components delivered.
- Ensure full compliance with software development standards, quality assurance processes, and configuration management guidelines — maintaining documentation and traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
- Follow all company policies, applicable statutory regulations, and workplace safety requirements consistently across all engineering activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Field Support
- Work closely with hardware engineers, product managers, and domain experts across cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into complete, deployable systems that meet real-world performance requirements.
- Provide hands-on field support during system testing and deployment phases — demonstrating willingness to travel when required to support successful project delivery at customer or test sites.
- Operate effectively under general guidance from a Manager or Mentor, taking clear ownership of daily task planning, prioritisation, and delivery within a dynamic, fast-moving engineering environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field from a recognised university.

Experience Requirements
