Position Overview
As Sr. Executive – Quality, you pass on all information needed to run and maintain quality procedures and manage the daily work of Quality Assurance and hygiene. You develop and apply KPIs that track quality standards and continuous improvement. You make sure employees are trained in and follow the company’s IMS and food safety practices, handle internal and external product analysis, and set up vendor qualification programs, supplier audits and monitoring. You keep QA/QC records current, coordinate with regulatory agencies and work with production to solve food safety issues at the factory.
