Key Responsibilities
ERP Order Management & Master Data
- Create, maintain, and update purchase orders, production orders, and relevant master data in ERP systems
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all ERP entries supporting reliable supply chain planning
- Monitor open orders and production statuses identifying and escalating delays or discrepancies promptly
- Support ERP system optimization initiatives improving data quality and process efficiency
SCM KPI Evaluation & Reporting
- Evaluate supply chain management KPIs and prepare detailed reports and analyses using ERP and Excel
- Create regular performance reports on procurement, production, shipping, and supply activities
- Identify KPI trends and deviations providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders and management
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting tools supporting effective supply chain performance monitoring
Procurement, Production & Shipping Planning
- Plan and monitor procurement, production, shipping, and material supply processes end-to-end
- Oversee material availability ensuring production is supplied with correct quantities at the right times
- Coordinate shipping schedules and monitor delivery timelines against customer and production requirements
- Support production planning activities ensuring alignment between supply capacity and production demand
Supplier & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate directly with suppliers and internal departments on delivery dates and material availability
- Communicate proactively about planning changes and supply disruptions to all relevant stakeholders
- Build positive, professional relationships with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and suppliers
- Support supplier performance monitoring and contribute to continuous supply chain improvement initiatives
Inventory Control & Export Documentation
- Control and monitor inventory levels identifying shortages, overstock, and discrepancy situations
- Support regular inventory counts and physical stock takes with accurate documentation and reconciliation
- Process and manage shipping and export documents ensuring compliance with international trade requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities supporting traceability and audit readiness
Qualifications & Requirements
Background Requirements
- Commercial vocational training or academic knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- First professional experience in supply chain management or logistics is a valuable advantage
