The Senior Inventory Controller in Ras Al Khaimah is a permanent, full-time role within a manufacturing or industrial operation requiring a detail-oriented professional with proven inventory management experience and strong ERP system skills. - Investigate inventory discrepancies thoroughly and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Monitor stock levels continuously and coordinate replenishment activities to prevent shortages or costly overstocking situations
Cycle Counts, Audits & Stock Control
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory audits to verify stock accuracy
- Ensure proper storage practices, accurate labelling, and correct stock rotation using FIFO and FEFO principles where applicable
- Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate disposition or clearance actions to management
Warehouse & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth, uninterrupted material flow throughout operations
- Verify inventory transactions and maintain accurate, complete documentation across all stock movements
- Support warehouse operations with inventory best practices, ensuring operational alignment with inventory control standards
Reporting & KPI Analysis
- Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review and decision-making
- Analyse inventory variances and recommend targeted process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain inventory KPIs including stock accuracy rates and inventory turnover metrics
- Support both internal and external inventory audits with accurate documentation and structured reporting
ERP System Management & Process Improvement

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a closely related discipline
Experience Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in inventory management within a manufacturing or industrial environment — this is a firm requirement
