Position Overview
The Skilled Helper supports machine and production operations from pre-make ready through job production, checking and preparing raw materials, assisting with machine setup according to the Job Factory Ticket, loading materials around the clock, handling packing and palletizing of finished rolls, and maintaining proper cleaning and organization according to the facility’s 5S cycle chart.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Make Ready & Machine Setup
- Prepare RM/ORM on the assigned machine
- Check that all RM/ORM are in place based on the Job Factory Ticket
- Help prepare and set the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket requirements
Job Production & Material Handling
- Check and load various RM/ORM around the clock
- Prepare pallets and packing material as needed
- Handle the packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing, and transferring of finished rolls
Quality Monitoring & Documentation
- Monitor the machine and product during production
- Acquire needed paperwork and materials, including documents, parts, and tools, from related sections
- Report any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator
- Fill the roll/pallet label accurately
Team Support & Waste Management
- Assist the Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator upon request
- Assist the operator to reach the KPI target
- Dispose of generated waste properly
5S Workplace Standards
- Maintain proper cleaning for the assigned machine and surrounding area as per the 5S cycle chart
