Position Overview
This Spare Parts Officer role involves supporting engineers in identifying required materials and spare parts, identifying the most suitable sources of supply for urgent requirements, checking availability and coordinating timely procurement, arranging pickup and delivery of materials between locations, creating and managing material requisitions in the system, and logging, tracking and monitoring material consumption across all SHN stores.

Key Responsibilities
Material & Spare Parts Support
- Support engineers in identifying required materials and spare parts
- Identify the most suitable sources of supply for urgent material requirements
- Check availability and coordinate timely procurement of materials
Logistics & Coordination
- Arrange pickup and delivery of materials between locations as required
- Coordinate closely with engineering and maintenance teams to avoid delays
System & Documentation Management
- Create and manage material requisitions in the system
- Log, track and monitor material consumption across all SHN stores
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in materials coordination, procurement, logistics or maintenance support
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for material requisitions and tracking
Essential Skills
- Technical understanding of elevators, escalators, doors and related spare parts (KONE and non-KONE)
- Strong coordination, communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of maintenance operations and spare parts management
