Position Overview
The Sr. Quality Assurance Executive at Alghanim Kuwait is a key food safety role responsible for supporting the QA Manager in ensuring all quality procedures are implemented across Alghanim F&B brands. You will conduct store and supplier audits, monitor product quality, coordinate with laboratories, manage QA records, and work with the training department to deliver quality assurance training across operations. Strong HACCP knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Quality System Implementation
- Support the QA Manager to ensure all quality procedures are implemented, maintained, and complied with Alghanim F&B brand standards and international requirements
- Conduct continuous quality monitoring on products, maintain records, and take necessary corrective actions
- Keep and ensure all QA records are available, accurate, and well organized at all times
Auditing — Stores & Suppliers
- Audit Alghanim F&B stores across different GCC markets based on Alghanim Food Safety Checklist and established auditing plans
- Audit Alghanim F&B suppliers across different markets according to the yearly audit calendar
- Follow up with the operations team on raised Non-Conformances (NCs) and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution
Laboratory Coordination & Analysis
- Coordinate with laboratories, suppliers, and operations teams on required product analysis based on the defined testing plan
- Analyze results from laboratory testing and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) where required
- Send weekly and monthly quality department reports to the operation team and operations leaders
Operations Support & Training
- Support the operations team with quality assurance requirements and training on new QA standards
- Work side by side with the training department to establish the quality assurance training plan and ensure implementation
- Provide ongoing guidance and on-ground support to Food and Beverage staff on food safety best practices
General QA Department Support
- Handle any additional tasks required to support the QA department in achieving company goals
- Adapt to different market environments and operational settings across GCC
- Maintain a proactive and engaged approach to resolving quality issues at store and supplier level
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Degree in Food Science or any equivalent relevant discipline
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance within food and beverage or related industry
- HACCP training and strong working knowledge is a must — non-negotiable requirement
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills — verbal and written — to work across operations, supplier, and support teams
- Friendly, engaged, and outgoing personality with ability to work effectively with all F&B staff
- Strong computer skills and very good English language proficiency
- Ability to adapt to different types of environments and market settings across GCC
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in record keeping and reporting
