Position Overview
This Supply Chain Compliance role involves providing guidance, expertise, and services to ensure process and product quality for Agilent’s Global Supply Chain Operations. You will lead or contribute to end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy, participate in multi-function projects focused on compliance and optimization, work with IT partners on system frameworks, and manage policies and procedures aligned with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Supply Chain Strategy
- Lead or contribute to the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy
- Cover planning, material information, financial flows, inventory management, and logistics
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations across the supply chain
Multi-Function Project Involvement
- Lead or participate in multi-function supply chain projects
- Focus on project planning, supply chain modeling, and analysis
- Optimize compliance, cost, service, and inventory outcomes
Process, Design & Systems Development
- Participate in designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain models and tools
- Support business growth in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Work with Information Technology partners to ensure systems address business requirements
- Implement, test, troubleshoot, and improve business systems supporting compliance and efficiency
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Identify gaps and recommend opportunities for improving compliance and efficiency
- Manage and maintain policies, procedures, processes, and tools
- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and applicable regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, quality, manufacturing, or process engineering
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems required
Essential Skills
- Experience with quality management systems, ISO 13485, supplier management, and CAPA management
- Experience with transportation compliance, dangerous goods management, and hazardous material management
- IATA certification or similar strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
