Position Overview
This Supply Chain Planner role is primarily responsible for production planning for two coffee packaging systems, working in direct contact with sales and sales planning teams. You will manage packaging material planning, coordinate with suppliers and purchasing on deviations such as late deliveries or quality defects, oversee order management of externally manufactured coffee products, support packaging relaunch activities, and verify invoices within the SAP workflow.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Sales Coordination
- Take primary responsibility for production planning for two coffee packaging systems
- Work in direct contact with sales and sales planning teams
- Collaborate closely with the wider production planning team
Packaging Material & Supplier Management
- Manage packaging material planning for both packaging systems
- Serve as the contact person for suppliers and the packaging material purchasing department
- Organize management of deviations such as late deliveries or quality defects
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve supply issues
Order Management & Relaunch Coordination
- Handle order management of coffee products manufactured by external suppliers
- Act as the contact person for marketing, print development, and suppliers during packaging relaunch activities
- Manage transitions from old to new packaging designs
Invoice Verification
- Verify invoices for all commissioned services within the SAP workflow
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree in business administration or industrial engineering, ideally with a supply chain or logistics focus
- Comparable training in this field is also considered
Experience Requirements
- Existing experience in production planning of FMCG items, especially in the food sector
- Experience with SAP, preferably SAP APO
Essential Skills
- Strong negotiation and moderation skills across interface departments with different styles and objectives
- Improvisational talent for handling situations that are not always easy
- Fluent English skills
