Position Overview
This Supply Chain Planner role at OXEA involves supporting the S&OP process from demand planning to financial forecasts, managing end-to-end MRP planning cycles using SAP and ION Integrated Planning, using “what-if” scenarios and data analysis to optimize customer experience and financial results, managing regional distribution networks and logistics partners, and monitoring KPIs focused on cost optimization and customer service standards such as OTIF.

Key Responsibilities
S&OP & Business Planning
- Support the S&OP process covering demand planning, operational planning, and financial forecasts
- Align regional demand forecasts with financial targets to create a unified consensus plan
End-to-End MRP & Integrated Planning
- Own end-to-end planning cycles in the supply chain (MRP) using SAP and ION Integrated Planning
- Synchronize global production and replenishment plans with inventory checks and customer demand
- Handle operational and transactional processing within planning systems
Scenario Analysis & Strategic Decision Support
- Use “what-if” scenarios and strategic data analysis to optimize customer experience and financial results
- Support business continuity during exceptional events such as turnarounds and market changes
Distribution Network & Logistics Management
- Manage regional distribution networks and stock levels across truck, rail, and sea transport
- Coordinate with external logistics service providers and terminal/warehouse partners
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators for S&OP, inventory, and risk management
- Manage cost-to-serve through goal setting, cost-benefit analysis, and implementation
- Optimize customer service KPIs such as OTIF to ensure delivery reliability
- Drive process and automation improvements, master data management, and UAT/system upgrades
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Data Science
- APICS certification (CSCP/CPIM) or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a significant advantage
Experience Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in supply chain planning with demonstrable success in a regional or cross-site role
- Experience in production planning in the chemical, materials, or a similar industry
Essential Skills
- Sound knowledge of SAP (ECC/APO/IBP) and practical experience with ION Integrated Planning or similar tools
- Solid knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and ability to tell stories using data
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability to accelerate decision-making
- Strong communication skills across company levels, functional areas, and multicultural teams
- Ability to build close relationships with external 3PL/4PL service providers
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken English
