Position Overview
The Supply Chain Specialist at Carbomax in Frankfurt plays a critical operational role supporting the full supply chain cycle — from production planning and demand coordination through to logistics execution and inventory accuracy. You will work closely with Sales, Procurement, Production, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels, ensure timely customer deliveries, maintain ERP data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across planning and logistics workflows in a fast-paced, internationally focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Supply Planning Support
- Support production planning, demand planning, and supply planning activities in coordination with Sales and Supply Chain teams
- Coordinate with Raw Material, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure material availability and planning alignment at all times
- Support planning of inbound and outbound logistics activities including international shipments when required
- Identify operational issues in planning, logistics, and stock processes and escalate appropriately to senior management
Inventory Management & Stock Visibility
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels across all warehouse locations
- Track raw material and finished goods movements to ensure accurate and real-time stock visibility across the organisation
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, delivery performance, and planning accuracy for management review
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure full alignment of stock, cost, and logistics data
Logistics Coordination & Order Fulfilment
- Support logistics operations including shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and documentation follow-up
- Assist in order fulfilment processes to ensure timely, accurate delivery of products to global customers
- Coordinate international inbound and outbound shipments in line with customer requirements and delivery timelines
- Liaise with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues quickly and effectively
ERP Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) related to inventory, planning, and logistics
- Leverage Excel and reporting tools to produce clear performance dashboards and operational supply chain metrics
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and logistics workflows through data analysis and process feedback
- Ensure data integrity across all systems to support reliable decision-making by supply chain and commercial teams
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations
- Basic understanding of production planning, demand planning, or stock management processes
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a significant plus for this role
Essential Skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms used in supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
