Position Overview
The Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Representative at Clario in Estenfeld performs all operational tasks within the Warehouse, Receiving, and Shipping areas to ensure that pharmaceutical company customers can rely on test devices being dispatched on time to medical sites worldwide. Daily tasks include processing material receipts, labelling and serialisation of inventory, ERP inventory counts, order picking, coordinating internal and external warehouse material flows, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse — all within a quiet, modern, and supportive working environment near Würzburg.

Key Responsibilities
Goods Receipt & Inventory Processing
- Process receipts of all inventory materials and supplies received at the Estenfeld warehouse in a timely and accurate manner
- Receive, unpack, and enter all relevant data accurately into the Receiving process system as per Clario’s standard procedures
- Label inventory items in the receiving area for clear identification — including serialisation and tagging of barcoded items
- Perform inventory counts within the ERP system to maintain accurate, up-to-date stock records at all times
Material Transport & Warehouse Operations
- Transport materials safely and efficiently to and from the receiving area, warehouse, and production areas as required
- Coordinate the material flow between internal warehouse areas and external warehouse locations to maintain seamless supply
- Pick and commission work orders accurately and on time to ensure customer shipments are prepared correctly and promptly
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the warehouse at all times
Shipping Support & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support the shipping process to ensure test devices for pharma company clients reach medical sites worldwide on schedule
- Coordinate effectively with the commercial team and shipping departments to support seamless daily warehouse operations
- Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and departmental leadership as operational requirements arise
- Work independently and cross-functionally as needed to meet the dynamic demands of a fast-paced clinical trials environment
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma, college qualification, or completed apprenticeship / professional vocational training — required
- No prior clinical trials experience is necessary — Clario provides comprehensive onboarding and full job training
Experience Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or an industrial/administrative environment is preferred but not mandatory
- MS Office and ERP system proficiency is strongly preferred for day-to-day inventory and data entry tasks
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced operational environment is a valued advantage for this role

- Basic German and advanced English language skills — Oxford-level English is not required; clear communication is what matters
