Position Overview
This Logistics Representative (f/m/d) role at Clario’s Estenfeld site involves performing all operational tasks within the Warehouse, Receiving, and Shipping area. You will process data entry and related paperwork, support coordination scheduling across Manufacturing and Supply Chain, coordinate shipments and production orders, monitor and report shipment status, and communicate with internal departments and external forwarders to keep global logistics running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Documentation
- Perform data entry and process related paperwork according to established guidelines
- Check compliance with the promised shipping/receiving dates and all needed documents
- Maintain performance indicators to support operational visibility
Shipment & Production Coordination
- Support coordination scheduling with departments within Manufacturing and Supply Chain and other Clario departments as needed
- Support coordination of shipments and production orders on a daily basis for all lines of business
- Support organizing and processing of global inbound and outbound shipments
Tracking & Escalation
- Business related communication with internal departments and external forwarders
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Warehouse, Receiving, and Shipping areas
- Monitor and report shipment and order status tracking information
- Escalate in case of emergency to ensure timely resolution
- Support reasonable operational tasks within Logistics as needed
Cross-Functional Communication
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields (preferred), or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or operations management
- Apprenticeship/professional work training program in logistics, forwarding, industrial environments, or related fields
Experience Requirements
- Preferred minimum 6 months of logistics, supply chain, or industrial administrative environment experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally as needed
Language & Technical Skills
- Fluent proficiency in English and an advanced level in German
- Familiarity with computer databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
- ERP experience is preferred

- Good degree of reliability, flexibility, and independence
