Pay: $20–$25/hr plus commission based on acreage spread/spray, paid biweekly

Position Overview
As an Applicator Crop Specialist, you will support EverGRO’s Agronomy Division by safely and efficiently preparing and applying custom application of various crop protectants, fertilizers, and other crop products to customer fields. Responsibilities include supporting fleet vehicle and equipment maintenance, assisting with transportation, blending, and mixing of agronomy products, following all regulations for handling chemical materials, and adhering to DOT regulations while operating commercial motor vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
Crop Application
- Support EverGRO’s Agronomy Division to safely and efficiently prepare and apply custom application of crop protectants, fertilizers, and other crop products
Equipment & Fleet Support
- Support maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles and equipment
Product Handling & Blending
- Assist with transportation, blending, and mixing of various agronomy (crop) products
- Safely follow all regulations for handling materials during transport, application, and blending
DOT Compliance & Cross-Training
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, operating CMVs (commercial motor vehicles) safely at all times
- May be cross-trained to support Energy division products, services, and deliveries
Qualifications & Requirements
License Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver License, Class A or B (Class A preferred)
- Registered Technician OR Commercial Applicator License OR Private Applicator License (obtained or willing to obtain)
- Forklift Certification (obtained or willing to obtain)
Experience & Education
- Preferred knowledge and experience in agronomy/agriculture, including seed, chemicals, inventory, and crop protectants
- Preferred at least 1 year of experience applying fertilizer, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or working in agricultural/pest control environments
- Preferred high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred CDL Class A with 6 months of driving experience
