- Act as the primary operational liaison between freight forwarders and end buyers — bridging communication and resolving any operational gaps

- Coordinate with freight forwarders on booking confirmations, vessel schedules, road transport arrangements, and cargo handover procedures

Import/Export Documentation Management
- Collect, review, and prepare all necessary shipping documentation for import and export processes — ensuring full regulatory compliance

Experience Requirements
