- Further develop logistics processes with a focus on eCommerce and non-food warehouse processes
- Advance practical solutions for operational units across the distribution network
- Analyze complex processes in specialized warehouses and identify optimization potential
- Support the implementation of innovative intralogistics solutions
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use key figures, statistics and results reports to make areas for action visible
- Derive well-founded recommendations and present them appropriately for the target audience
- Apply KPIs to identify correlations and prepare convincing, data-backed recommendations
Site Visits & Project Collaboration
- Conduct regular site visits, combining strategic vision with operational practice
- Help sustainably increase space productivity across warehouse locations
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary logistics projects and coordinate various stakeholders
- Contribute to project success in a structured, results-oriented manner
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed degree in industrial engineering, logistics management, economics or a comparable qualification with a clear focus on logistics
Experience Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in intralogistics, process optimization, eCommerce or non-food warehouse processes
- Practical familiarity with operational warehouse processes, including analysis, optimization or project participation
- Confident use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for action
