Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Shipment & Transportation Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries
- Arrange transportation and follow up with transporters and logistics providers
Inventory & Warehouse Support
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Support stock reconciliation and periodic inventory counts
Documentation & Stakeholder Coordination
- Prepare and verify shipping, delivery, and logistics documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouse teams, sales, and other internal departments
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor shipment and delivery schedules and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies
- Prepare regular reports on inventory, shipments, deliveries, and logistics performance
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce transportation and handling costs
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or inventory operations
- Experience within the industrial, engineering, machinery, automotive, or power generation sector is preferred
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and transportation coordination
- Strong administrative, documentation, and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems is an advantage
