Key Responsibilities
Shipping Processing & Warehouse Operations
- Ensure efficient and timely shipping processing across all warehouse operations at the Korbach facility — meeting daily dispatch and receiving targets
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization at all workstations, throughout the warehouse facility, and across the entire warehouse hall at all times
- Ensure strict compliance with performance and quality standards across all warehouse processes and operational activities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal regulations, company guidelines, and quality standards during all warehouse operations
- Oversee and ensure the proper execution of regular inventory counts and stock management procedures
Team Leadership & Staff Motivation
- Motivate, guide, and support your team of warehouse staff to consistently drive peak operational performance every shift
- Take on and oversee the full onboarding process for new colleagues joining the warehouse team at the Korbach location
- Provide mentorship and clear direction to warehouse staff, fostering a positive, productive, and safety-first team culture
- Demonstrate assertiveness combined with a high sense of responsibility and initiative in all people management situations
Reporting, Metrics & Process Improvement
- Provide key operational metrics and performance data to the shift supervisor — essential for management and customer reporting requirements

- Identify inefficiencies in current warehouse workflows and proactively recommend targeted improvements to enhance overall productivity
- Utilize MS Office, warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP tools including SAP to manage reporting and operational data accurately
Requirements & Qualifications
Educational & Training Background
- Completed vocational training in a relevant field — ideally as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) or Fachlagerist in Germany
- Formal training or certification in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is strongly advantageous for this team coordinator role
Experience Requirements
- Initial professional experience and demonstrated leadership capability in a similar warehouse team coordinator or supervisory position
- Experience in tire logistics is particularly preferred and advantageous for this specific Korbach warehouse facility
