About the Role
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will lead the goods flow team and run store logistics so customers find the stock they want at the lowest possible cost. That covers goods receiving, replenishment and order fulfilment, along with capacity planning, budget follow-up and daily service routines such as the counting process and quick merchandise pickup. You will also develop talent in your team for succession planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the goods flow team to keep stock availability high at the lowest possible cost
- Secure a capacity plan and an effective process for goods receiving, replenishment and order fulfilment
- Understand budget, cost and KPIs to plan, follow up and steer the business
- Put logistics actions from the store business plan into daily practice
- Keep daily operations to the Service Protocol, including counting and short waits at merchandise pickup
- Identify and develop talent for succession planning
- Follow the IKEA code of conduct and local health, safety, security and environmental rules
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 5 years in retail and/or logistics at tactical and operational levels
- Proven record of leading people and business processes
- Able to set action plans with clear direction and follow-up goals
- Experience in budgeting and meeting financial targets
- Strategic thinking, leadership and clear communication
- Good at setting priorities and delegating; able to work flexible hours, including early and late shifts
