Algomarketing is hiring a senior AI Designer for UI and Display to lead design at a new MENA creative studio set up with a client’s marketing team. If you test every new AI model that comes out, treat prompt writing as part of your craft, and can produce a huge range of sizes without losing quality, this contract role is built for you.
About the Role
The studio makes locally relevant, performance-led creative for Gemini, Google AI Mode and other client products, mainly for Saudi Arabia and Egypt, with Morocco and Iraq as secondary markets. You will design UI compositions, display banners, statics and story carousels, both original lower-funnel work and local adaptations of global campaigns, and deliver everything through to resizing, formatting and handoff to the media agency.

Key Responsibilities
Display & Static Design
- Design display banners (HTML5, GIF and static) and static images in 1:1, 4:5 and 1.91:1
- Create 9:16 story carousels, static tiles and logo lock-ups
- Build scalable master layouts so 180 to 250 resizes per campaign are quick and accurate
UI & Product-Led Creative
- Create product UI compositions that show Gemini and Google AI Mode features clearly in Arabic and English
- Adapt layouts for right-to-left reading with copywriters on Arabic typography
- Stay consistent with Google brand and product guidelines
AI-Enabled Design
- Use generative tools such as Gemini and Imagen for concepting, imagery, compositing and versioning
- Develop prompt libraries and repeatable workflows for the studio
- Follow new model releases and test how they improve speed and quality
Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years of digital design across display, social and static, in an agency, studio or in-house team
- Expert in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator; Google Web Designer is a plus
- Strong portfolio with UI or product-led design and performance display work
- Regular, hands-on use of generative AI image tools, with examples
- Arabic typography and right-to-left layout experience is a strong plus
- Curious, precise, collaborative and calm under volume
About This Opportunity
This 12-month rolling contract can be based in Dubai or done remotely within MENA time zones, working with a client’s marketing team on a dedicated regional creative studio.
