Marriott International is hiring for the MiniBar Refreshment team at Al Bateen Marina in Abu Dhabi. This role leads a team of refreshment center attendants and makes sure every in-room minibar is clean, stocked and ready, so guests feel looked after the moment they open the door.
About the Role
You will guide the attendants, help open and close the department, and keep the in-room refreshment centers inventoried, tidy and well presented. You will record sales in the computer system, assign rooms to attendants, prepare the daily room list and restocking cart, and watch product availability and expiry dates so nothing runs out. You will also answer guest requests and pass issues to hotel management.

Key Responsibilities
Minibar Operations
- Take inventory of refreshment centers, in-room accessories and promotional materials, and replace items as needed
- Record sales on the computer system and restock bars as instructed
- Watch stock levels and expiry dates to prevent stock-outs
- Prepare the daily room list and restocking cart, and order supplies in emergencies
Team Leadership & Guest Service
- Direct and mentor attendants, and assign rooms and guest requests
- Help management set goals, expectations and deadlines for the team
- Welcome guests, anticipate their needs and thank them sincerely
- Report operation issues to hotel management
Safety & Standards
- Follow company safety and security policies and complete safety training
- Keep a clean, professional appearance and protect company assets
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience; no supervisory experience required
- No licence or certification needed
- Able to stand or walk for a full shift and lift items up to 25 pounds (about 11 kg)
- Comfortable using stairs, ramps and tight spaces, and bending, reaching and stooping
- Clear, professional communication and good teamwork
