A new cafeteria opening in Hatta, Dubai is looking for a practical, hands-on Arabic Food & Cafeteria Cook. If you can turn out good fatteh and foul on your own, keep the line moving at breakfast, and handle burgers and sandwiches on the side, this is a cook’s job in the plainest, best sense.
About the Role
Your main focus is Arabic food. That means fatteh with olive oil and ghee, foul with tahini, parsley and tomatoes, hummus and falafel, Arabic-style breakfasts and quick bites, and manaish and other basic Arabic preparations. You will also cook burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, loaded fries and chicken strips, and finish dishes for service. Snacks such as sambousek and kibbeh will mostly arrive ready-made or need only light finishing.

- Keep portions, hygiene and consistency high

Qualifications & Requirements
- Practical experience with Arabic cafeteria food, especially fatteh and foul
- Hands-on cafeteria or QSR kitchen experience
- Good food hygiene, portion control and consistency
- Able to work independently at the cooking station
- Ready-to-join candidates preferred
