Position Overview
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play an important role in keeping warehouse operations accurate, organized, and running smoothly. The role bridges the physical flow of fire and security products with inventory systems, so that customers and internal teams get the right products and information at the right time.
warehouse operation and see the direct impact of your work, receive hands-on training in ERP/WMS processes and the fire and security product portfolio, learn alongside experienced warehouse and operations colleagues, and build skills in inventory management, logistics coordination, reporting, and customer support. Candidates with less experience may also be considered if they show good knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory transactions, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Transactions
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems
- Process inbound, outbound, and stock-transfer transactions
- Monitor stock movements and resolve inventory discrepancies
Documentation & Shipment Tracking
- Prepare delivery notes and shipping documentation
- Track shipments and follow up on pending deliveries
- Maintain organized records and respond to inventory queries
Coordination, Audits & Safety
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, customers, and internal teams
- Support stock counts, audits, and warehouse reporting
- Support daily warehouse operations and safety compliance
Qualifications & Requirements
Required
- Practical experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics
- Experience using an ERP or warehouse management system
- Understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory, and delivery processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams and external partners
Preferred
- Diploma or qualification in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field
- Experience preparing delivery or shipping documentation
- Knowledge of fire, security, or oil and gas products
- Experience working with customers, forwarders, or transport provid
